My complaint:
I warn everyone against these scammers and tricksters!
1.The Vueling airline canceled my return flight from Munich to Alicante on 01182022 – eDreams booking no .: 8366942711 LD5ESP and I had to buy another airline ticket on this route on 01222022. So far I have not received a refund for this canceled flight.
2. Second ticket no: 8484560950 T8V3VB.
I bought a ticket for the Vueling Munich-Alicante flight on 21122021 for the amount of € 107.83. I used the Prime Discount, which the airline persuaded me to. It was supposed to be a Prime option for a trial period of 1 month time.
3. Unfortunately, this second flight to Alicante was also canceled.
As a result, I immediately notified eDreams that I was opting out of the Prime option as I was greatly disappointed by Vueling. In addition, for 2 flights canceled by Vueling, I also had problems at work, so I decided not to use the services of this airline in the future.
I gave up the Prime option and asked for a refund of the ticket.
4.After numerous s from me: by phone and e-mail, I was finally able to recover part of the refund for the ticket (booking 8484560950 T8V3VB), namely € 80.99, on 01282022. The airline deducted my cancellation insurance amount of € 26.84 even though my flight was not canceled due to my fault.
In addition, on 01212022 I noticed that eDreams had illegally withdrawn from my account the amount of € 54.99 for the Prime function, which I gave up immediately after canceling my flight from Munich to Alicante, i.e. during the 30-day trial period.
5. Due to this, I lost:
a). The amount of € 54.99 for cancellation of Prime eDreams
b). The amount of € 26.84 in the amount of insurance deducted from me, because the flight was canceled by the airline, not by me, and unfortunately I had to buy another ticket from another airline to be able to return to Alicante.
A total of € 81.83
