My complaint:

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agents

The issue that I have experienced was: I am trying last 2 weeks to change my ticket and who l talked in this company. they all told me so many lies and l still dont have my flight or my money!!!! l never see something like this in my life.. there is no person l can talk and find a solution.

This meant that l paid a lot of money to call the edreams customer service and still l dont have my ticket or my money.

i need to change my ticket or l need my money back

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
