I was on the AU website as I was viewing the flight prices in AUD. If you believe that I was in the Uk market site as that’s what your data is showing , you would also notice the flight rates for it in pounds is not 617 but 298 for the same flight. Which is equivalent to the $617 I was to pay in Aud.
This is clearly a glitch in your system and is not something I should be paying for. Either , charge me the right price for the flight or cancel and refund the whole amount.

I have been cheated by your website and continously been following up with your customer service through international calls for the last 3 days . Customer service has only been harassing me and keeping my calls on hold with no solution, every call of mine is treated with no seriousness or empathy. The situation me and my wife is going through is pathetic and sad
