My complaint:
Hello,
I have booked a flexible ticket as the description is saying that it allows cancellation or changing flight details which was important for me.
It turned out when I actually wanted to change the date I got the message:
We’re sorry, this airline’s fare conditions don’t allow modifications for this booking.
This is unacceptable!!!!! At the time I chose the option to buy a flexible ticket it was known which the airline was so offering me the option for change or cancel was a misleading and even fraud information.
I would really like a response why did this happen as I am sorry but I intend to raise a complaint to the respective authorities dealing with such incorrect and misleading information causing the customers to buy a service that does not exist.

I would like to know why are you misleading your customers.
If I knew at the time I bought the ticket that the service I have paid additional fee for does not exist I would not have bought the ticket at the time.

Just a clarification on the statement:
I have booked a flexible ticket as the description is saying that it allows cancellation or changing flight details which was important for me
It was not saying flight details but flight DATES!
