My complaint:
I buy, repair, and sell electronics. But eBay doesn’t seem to like this, even though on the phone they say they would love for you to use their platform.
Today, I spoke with staff because the site said it couldn’t verify my identity. So I did what I was instructed to do and contacted them via Chat. They approved my account after asking me a question then one hour later they suspended my account. Yet on a prior account they allowed a seller to claim I gave a bad address when the seller didn’t have the item.
Suggested solution:
I want an apology and explanation.
