My complaint:
July 1st, I opened an ebay account and purchased a Ridgid Job max tool head.
July 4th, I get a couple emails saying my account was suspended, my bid was cancelled, etc. I didn’t bid on anything, I only used ‘buy it now’ to buy one item.
When I asked their ‘customer service’ for help, they said, ‘Your account is suspended, thanks for being an ebay customer, bye’.
Suggested solution:
1) Fix the account and restore access to me.
2) Tell me why, exactly, the account was suspended.
3) Provide actual customer service in the future, not customer harassment.
