My complaint:
After a sale more than a month previously, a seller contacted me to inform me that I had filed a complaint against him, and as a result he’d gotten a negative notice on his account, been fined twenty dollars, and the money for the sale removed from his account. I filed no such complaint, have no issues with his product and have not returned it. Additionally this is a person dear to me whose father was my mentor.
Suggested solution:
Immediately credit his account with both the money for the sale, for the fine, and remove the negative rating from his account. I have the documentation for everything and will sue if they don’t act quickly.
