My complaint:
I sold a pristine item double boxed it for shipping to rick alvarez in MI. He claims it was destroyed in shipping sends a picture of an items similar to the one I shipped, but destroyed. It is easy to catch this lie because he was dumb enough to mail his old, destroyed item back to me in the same boxes I ship my pristine item to him. The boxes are in perfect condition. How can the item be damaged in shipping when the boxes are in perfect shape? It couldn’t!
Suggested solution:
stop this ability for buyers to lie cheat........you enable this action!
