My complaint:
I sold my phone on eBay to a person here in the UK I always gave him all the information and always sent him photos showing that the phone had never had any scratches or any problems, I paid for delivery twice without any help.
I sold the phone for less money because the buyer forced me and now he wants to return it saying that the phone has a burnt screen and I didn’t receive my money for my sale. and as far as I know, this is the second time that this buyer has also done these situations with another person
