My complaint:
After speaking with a representative from eBay regarding charges to my bank card, eBay agreed to give me a refund. As I’m low on funds I kindly asked how long before I receive the refund and they said it would be refunded today. I then received an email from Genevieve saying that the refund had been processed and I will reviece funds within 48-,72 hours. I called today the representative was rude clueless and told me that I had no choice but to wait 10 days. When I queried it and tried explaining she cut of and told me 10 days again. She ended up hanging up on me . When I called she did the same thing again.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money immediately.
