My complaint:
I was assured by your rep. that I would get a refund minus the partial. The partial was for the stone’s being underweight, and I had to send the stone out to
G.I A. Gemological Institute of America, which took time, and they did a study and report that I had to paid money for and told me that stones were LAB- CREATED MOISSANITE. Now this seller is getting away with Fraud. eBay has to set a precedent with a refund to me to if they don’t this seller will be getting away with this FRAUD.I have sold, and I am still selling a lot on eBay and buy a lot here. IF REFUND IS NOT MADE TO ME, THE SIGNAL YOU’RE SENDING THE BUYER IS THAT ITS OK TO COMMIT FRAUD?
Suggested solution:
DEDUCT THE REFUND AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONIES I CAN SEND ALL 5 SO CALLED DIAMONDS BACK.NEED REFUND.
