eBay complaint: lack of cooperation

My complaint:

I ordered a food mixer on 2nd November 2021, I complained to the seller on three separate occasions, that this was not working properly, my first complaint was in March, 202. I have never received a reply from them. I contacted Ebay last week to complain about this but they told me they could not help at all and advised I contact the seller again, I did this through ‘contact seller’ yet again I have received no reply. I then contacted Ebay customer services , explained that my knowledge of technology was virtually nil and requested a phone call which I have not received I did try to do it on chat but as a disabled pensioner I have to rely on others to help me.

Suggested solution:

All I wanted was an email address or a postal address to sent the mixer back, but I received neither. I have now closed my account on ebay. All I wanted was an address I could contact the seller.. I have contacted The citizens Advice Bureau who advised me that I am entitled to an address but I'm getting nowhere. I am now going to seek legal advice and take this matter further. I read the reviews about the seller and the very first one was somebody complaining about numerous contacting of the seller came to nothing. Im sorry if I've gone on a bit but I needed to get rid of the frustration I was feeling..
