My complaint:
I realized that I made a mistake in ordering the American Underdog DVD and within 46 minutes I cancelled the order.on June 14th. I received a decision by the seller to decline my request on June 17th. I sent a message to the seller and never received a response. The seller had ample time to cancel my order because it wasn’t shipped until June 21st, one week after the order was placed and cancelled. The DVD was shipped by USPS to a third party who I cannot ask to return the DVD.
Suggested solution:
Credit the amount i paid on my debit to return my money to me. I have been a good customer of ebay and have never made a complaint before, but I believe I gave adequate time to cancel the order which should have been granted by the seller.
