My complaint:
I DALIA ALVIRA, made a purchase of a HP JETPRO 6975 all in one printer and paid with my credit card on March 29,2022. The item would arrive 04062022, but due to a change it was updated to 04 082022 instead. The merchandise was not received by me and I made ebay aware of it to. I get a call from an ebay representative talking about the issue. He said that I’d be refunded for not getting the order and he link me to QUICK SUPPORT, in order to transfer the fund back to my credit card 4758. IT try a few and it didn’t go through it ask if I’d a debit card to do it faster then. HE WENT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND DID FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS , on my account. THE name given to me was NATHANIEL MILES-209-773-1158, was the number he called me from. He later ask me if I’d zelle on my phone also because he couldn’t get the refund into my debit card either. Through zelle he took $62.80; transfer $100.00 (2X); and $565.00 also. Without my authorization, permission, knowledge, awareness, etc………. Nathaniel Miles, left $53.12 balance in my account.
Suggested solution:
I want this suspect to be investigated and have him return the money stolen by him and clear up the embarrassment he put on my face for believing and trusting him to be a real representative from ebay . Going with the lines Ms. ALVIRA, I'm hear to help you and get the money refunded to you ASAP. Due to you not receiving the item paid for. But, I was DEFRAUDED instead by him. I need and want to get my money back the same way it was stolen by NATHANIEL MILES. The numbers listed above were codes according to him and IDIDN'T REALIZE it until he said look at your screen phone and tell me what you see now MS. Alvira. When he heard me say ooh, so you're a scammer and not a representative the call was cut off. I WANTMY MONEY BACK FROM HIM.
