My complaint:
The last8-10 weeks I’ve not received offers buyers are sending. I look at offers received (no offers received)
Offers sent (no offers sent’
Competed offers then there are many sometimes so many offers I have to scroll down
I did not receive not one of the offers yet they were sent. eBay bypassed me the seller. I’ve called eBay 8 times each time I’m told. You aren’t the only one, it’s our glitch your account is in good standing except I get a sales report which is in red now. The last call I made I was told since I’ve called so many times they would guarantee it would be my last call. This is high priority and will be fixed. I’ve been patient like I’ve been ask to do but over 8 weeks and still not receiving an offer. It makes me upset to look at each item to see each would have been sold if I’d received the offers. Here at Easter is best time and yet because eBay won’t help I can’t sell without seeing the offers. What do other members think? That I won’t answer yet I didn’t even know they had tried contacting me . I just want it fixed. Others are selling because I’ve made many purchases. So why can’t I ? Please help I’ve done all I know. My next step is BBB but Im to the point of closing my accounts
