My complaint:
My sister purchased a bracelet on Ebay for $19.50. It was a dried out, defective clay bracelet that arrived cracked, and crumbled when she tried it on. The seller is a con artist who first wanted to get the post office to pay for it, then insisted my sister was lieing in spite of the picture we sent of the bracelet. The seller was rude, and when we initiated the return, said she would review it in a condescending way. It is clear she is a rip off artist who does not intend to refund the money.
Suggested solution:
Refund, apologize, and ban the seller from ebay.
