My complaint:
Wa took the sims 3 off my account about month ago then told me I would have to wait until they fix the problem they closed my case down and didn’t let me know what happened or anything I still didn’t have my games I had to reach out about my games and they finally give them back then I missing some other games they told me some codes haven’t been used I had these games code for while and I brought the game from Walmart about five maybe 6 years ago they said ask Walmart for refund on games I already used and I just w wanted them back on my account I had so many problems with ea already and the customer service just keep saying they gonna end the chat because they can’t help me won’t let me speak to manager on top of that he said he want out of his way to help who tells a customer that I work in retail as manager I never tell a customer that
Suggested solution:
Giving me my games or at least help me located them
