My complaint:
Been playing Fifa for some time now since early 2000s always been loyal to the game.Spent quite a bit of money this year on in game purchases.
On 6 July ea suspended copy of email is included.
I have contacted through the correct channels and no response whatsoever they’ve looked at the case but never a reply.
So I’ve come here today to see if you can help me.
Suggested solution:
If they remove the unfair suspension as they have cause unneeded stress for myself I am a vulnerable adult as it is and my young son who is autistic this is absolute disgrace how they’ve treated their loyal customer
