My complaint:
Site is messed up that I cannot even get into contact with the company about my issues. They always direct me to a self help site despite already trying those. The live chat feature won’t even let you select the platform so you can’t even use that. The email option won’t work. Plus, they don’t even have a number to call. Their app isn’t even working to download games in the finalization as well.
Suggested solution:
Fix their ea chat live platform selection bug. Make contacting them easier. Get in contact with me to resolve my download issue.
