My complaint:

EA banned my account in June 2023. I appealed this as I only go on my laptop to play the SIMS. Unfortunately, I did not have security downloaded on my laptop, and my account was hacked.

I raised this with EA however they only stated that I have breached terms and conditions of the contract. When requesting further information about this they do not provide my with anything.

I have purchased the sims and several extension packs and now unable to access them due to the ban. I have brought those items and I want them back however EA are not answering my questions or supporting me in any way. Looking further into it many people have been wrongfully banned but EA and not doing anything about this. I feel that this is unfair as they just want us to buy more from them. It is very frustrating going out to work, buying treats like games and then having them taken away like that and may have to buy them again (which I will not be now). I feel EA customer service is very poor. It is so hard to talk to anyone and they only email you within 30 days and if you gave questions about that email they do not give you anywhere to respond.

Suggested solution:

I want my account unblocked or at the least want my purchased of the SIMS available to play or EA to refund me the money for the games as they have messed up with the ban.
