Duolingo complaint: Difficult contacting clearly unwilling to address faults on their side without charging customer. Terrible customer service

My complaint:

Jewels taken to ‘pay’ for hears as an offer , hearts were not forthcoming but 100 ‘jewels’ taken

Suggested solution:

Replace jewels at least and respond please
