My complaint:
I purchased 2 exam for English With 12 hours quick result package because i needed the result faster.And i gabe the exam 3 times.Every time i got the email that the exam could not be verified.They are stating diffrent isuues eveey time but i did not do any of those .As the exams will be expired within 3 days,i told them to extend the time but they denied it.I think this the way of their buisness.They know that i meed the test resiult as early as possible so i bought the package.So thwy are nit certifying the exam and now dont want to extend the time so that i will buy the test again
Suggested solution:
either they certify my exam or atleast fhejn extend the time for 1 month to give the test again
