My complaint:

Duolingo app was not working properly and test could not been finished. In the middle of the test, the app suddenly stopped working or just freezing. Tried different computers, such as HP windows and Mac book the last version – the same results. Made many attempts until I was required to pay again. I contacted supervisor via email, asked for resolution twice, however the response about reimbursement or another attempt was rejected by them anyways. The proof is on the video I’ve recorded and email conversation saved. Can provide anytime.

Suggested solution:

Reimbursement, due to I don’t trust this company anymore.
