My complaint:
Stopped serving Lemon with Iced Tea. This a standard with Iced Tea. This will result in customers going elsewhere for Iced Tea and Doughnuts.
Not very thoughtful of management! Happy
Suggested solution:
Bring back the Lemon. Have management rethink what end results with the lost business!
I stopped going to Dunkin’s for this reason. I don’t get coffe there anymore either. Too bad because Dunkin’s ice tea is great. McDonald’s iced coffee is better and they have lemon for use tea
