My complaint:
I visited your place in Indian Trail, NC today. All I can say is GROSS! The place was filthy both in the lobby and behind the counter. The facility looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. The staff was not very friendly and our drinks and food was not to par to say the least. This is not uncommon at this specific facility.
Suggested solution:
Please fix it or close it. It is truly a bad example of your company.
