My complaint:
I placed a complaint earlier by phone. When I got home i found my coffee order was not what I ordered. I ordered coffee with cream. I got coffee with sugar. I had complained about staffing and how I waited 10 minutes in the drive through and no one asked to take my order. I backed out and parked and went inside. Three male employees, were having a good old time talking. I could see no one was tending the drive thru. The one employee was talking up a storm having himself a drink. The whole time I was there he was telling stories about his experiences. He did no work that I could see. One of the three gave me the wrong order. He was trying to listen to the short skinny kid. Never have i ever been there when it was ok terrible. And I go often.
