My complaint:
I come to this DD daily spending anywhere from $7-14 dollars. Today I asked 3 times for a straw. And an employee walked by with attitude asking What does she need!??? VERY rude and snoody. Then when I get home I have a Facebook message from this girl that I don’t even know. The ONLY way she could of gotten my FB info is through another employee!! This is illegal and I’m VERY disappointed in the service I received today!! I have alllll the text message proof!!
Suggested solution:
The issue could be resolved by an apology first off and then second they need to have a meeting with their employees about being nice and NOT rude to employees that are there daily.
