My complaint:

Yesterday I had placed an online order at 7:45am. By the time I got to Dunkin it was 8:05. I thought it would be ready to go. It wasn’t. I was still waiting and a customer came in and ordered. Got their drink and food right away. After 5 more minutes passed by one of the workers asked what I got. I told them and they finally made it. I was out of there by 8:12.

Today I went back to give them another try. I was in like for 20 minutes after I placed my order. When I finally got to the winder the worker said they were out of pumpkin and asked if I wanted something different. I told her iced carmel macchiato with almond milk(I am lactose intolerant). After a couple of minutes she came back and asked again what my order was. I told her again. A couple of minutes went by and she asked again. By this time I was getting a little frustrated. I was finally able to get my order. I was appreciative that she gave it for free. But 10 minutes into drinking my drink I knew that is was NOT almond milk. In the middle of running errands I had to find a restroom fast. This was very embarrassing for me.
Idk if that store is short staffed or what but they need help!

Reach out and let me know I have been heard. Help that location out with hiring more staff
