My complaint:
I asked for a butter pecan ice coffee drink and asked like many times to hold the button on the liquid sugar because the drink was for my diabetic wife. I didn’t think that when the representative was spinning the cup she was purposely adding additional caramel to the walls of the cup. This is not the first time I had an issue at this store but enough is enough with my local Dunkin’s bad service. I will not go there until you guys straighten your staff.
