My complaint:
My big complaint with this store is that when you order food the food is always wrong. They also don’t have certain things on the menu. The have merchandise that they display but they don’t sell. I work down the street at a tow yard and this is the closest and every single time I get the wrong order or burnt food. Over cooked food. Maybe once a month I get a perfect meal and that only when they have a different supervisor that when they have a perfect breakfast. The donuts are stale and customer services sucks. As much as you pay for DD Dodd and drinks the services and food should be good.
Suggested solution:
Maybe you should send somebody for corporate like undercover boss and watch how this store operate. If they are a franchise you still shouldn’t want the owners too use you name and product in a distaste matter it should always be professional.
