My complaint:
I ordered a Mocha coffee and clearly there isn’t any mocha in it. I asked for my bagel to be toasted and it’s lightly toasted on the edges. The lady who took my order seemed too busy to take it. You shouldn’t rush the quality of the orders. There wasn’t even a line at that time.
