My complaint:

I work 5 to 6 day a week. every morning I order Cappuccino with Skim milk medium lately, on my way. lately service has been bad, receipts printed laying on counter waiting for service, causing me to be late for work
Also with the problem with the APP.
I known maybe with the National Coffee Day, and Raven’s Playing Day it has been busy, but that is why I have the App.
However, I continue stay with this store because I really like your staff.

Suggested solution:

I Apps should have prioity.
