My complaint:
How can you all be trying out a new menu – when you are out of everything? No English Muffins, or croissants; the mini bagels bites were frozen. No longer serving the power breakfast sandwich. Basically, anything I tried to order – they were out of an ingredient or two!
Suggested solution:
Get your regional manager to order appropriate amounts. My dunkin' is ALWAYS running out of food.
