My complaint:
I have been going to this Dunkin branch for years. It use to be excellent with orders. Now, it seems they can NEVER get an order correct! I usually order the exact same thing( sausage,egg chees on plain bagel not toasted a large coffee)every day. In just 1 week, I got it toasted, then I got only egg cheese, then I got it on an onion bagel. It’s not only me saying this. Just this morning a guy ordered coffee with milk only they gave him wrong size coffee with cream. He even said they can’t get anything correct…Someone needs to talk to the workers explain how they must listen watch for the correct orders. I do understand that a mistake will once in awhile be made, but lately, it’s a lot of mistakes. Thank You

Explain to the workers how important it is to get the orders correct, or their going to lose customers.
