My complaint:

I’m a dedicated customer I order a Coffee everyday from dunk’n donuts. So I been using the online ordering app. today while I was in Drive Thru at the intercom letting them know I was here One of your employees cut me off where he needed to do a three point turn in a open spot of the drive thru because he couldn’t make the turn because he needed to get in front of me. I notice Employees at the window had my coffee ready holding out the window and realized it was not me. Employee that cut me off was off loading donuts in personal vehicle thru drive thru window second donuts was not covered at all. I won’t be eating donuts from there no more neither. Third I wouldn’t be so upset if he didn’t do that stunt to cut me off and I was behind him in the first place. Made me late for work. Thanks I will taking my business somewhere else.

Suggested solution:

Cover donuts while transporting in personal vehicle.
Use side employee door for delivery
Use the proper entrance for drive thru
