My complaint:
Tree limbs are in all the power lines that service my house and my neighbor’s house. I have asked them to come and investigate the danger of NOT cutting them as my lights flicker when it rains. Wife only has 1 lung and Oxygen use is always needing power to operate. Duke told me that I had to go to the neighbor and ask them to turn in a tree trimming request !! This is a business that provide service to mentally handicapped people..I feel Duke Energy should do this and NOT me! Power Line Rights of Way belongs to Duke Energy !
Suggested solution:
Cut the tree limbs that are in power lines at 2905 South 14th Street in New Castle, Indiana 47362 !! The tree is in their backyard which backs up to my backyard at 2910 Plymouth Drive, New Castle, IN 47362-1842. Legion St. is the cross street for Plymouth Drive and also South 14th Street.
