My complaint:
For over a year now all I have from Duke is headache, had to buy money order even though I call , I agree to pay online that didn’t work either back to mailing now they sent me a bill for 2 month, it’s has been like that t’il now if is trying to make people look bad they may have to leave Florida we are sick of duck believe me I’m about to call them to take that them meter out of my house.
Years back the bill used to come 10 ,12 days earlier ,by the way do you have a new CEO that probably the problem ( he wants more money lay off those who can hired cheap labor. I want my bill 5 days early like it use t
