My complaint:

I received a last statement from Duke Energy in September of a bill of $174.00 with no details, just a 1 page summary. I never consented with them of my new PO box address. I have been a loyal customer for the past 4 years and I have never been late. I don’t think I should be penalize with overcharged fees or late fees because I lost my job due to covid-19 back in May of this year. I have tweeted and left numerous messages….no reply from anyone.

Suggested solution:

I cannot afford 174.00 especially with no details. My bill on average was $70.00 per month. These financial hardships put me out of a home. Please fix the amount of money. I have been in good standing. It is not right and I am unemployed.
