My complaint:
duke energy came out to trim trees around the power lines. they absolutely butchered by trees and then left a mess. they left huge sections of tree limbs, debris everywhere, trampled my landscaping. then they told me I have to clean up these huge tree trunks they left… even though they in fact cleaned up some. they just decided to quit for the day and now refuse to come back and clean this mess.
Suggested solution:
they need to get out here, clean up the mess they made and replace the plants they destroyed.
