My complaint:
My power was about to be shut off. Something happened with the bank and my payment. They can contact you about everything else. They need to contact me right when the payment doesn’t go through. Now I have a double summer time electric bill to pay. I have not been late on any payments for over 20 years. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with no contact from Duke. This is the second time this has happened. I never have a problem with other auto pay drafts, why Duke?
