My complaint:
Hi I’m a single mom I’m fifty years old with kids and I’m on disability duke energy is trying to disconnect me over a high bill and they had me on installment plans that I did not make myself and I have a five year old in my home that takes breathing treatments I’m trying to get my bill paid but the amount that they want from me I can’t afford off of my disability I need help CIP program was going to do 600 for me but they turned them down I’m also eligible for the LIHEAP program please help me

Please I just need sometime of plan to help me out I don’t no how they allowed someone else to set up installment plans under my account I just need alittle more time please if my son can’t get his breathing treatments he will be real sick
