My complaint:
I was charged a deposit of $400 based on the previous peoples usage since i had not lived here in 14 years. I was told it was because I had a bankruptcy four years ago in California but my mother called and the lady said it was based upon the families usage that lived in the house before me. I find it very unfair. I am a single mother, and I am struggling to make ends meet and each month I’ve had to pay $200 extra. I’d like to see something done about this. Please help me.
Suggested solution:
considering I’m being penalized for what someone else says usage wise I would like to have most of my $400 back so I can pay some bills.
