My complaint:
$100 surge in electric bill for no reason nothing has changed in my apartment and I’m the only one that lives here. I received a notification that my bill was $111 from November 22 to December 2 and now my bill is $208 for one month.
Suggested solution:
Find out why I had a big serge in my electric bill and adjust to where it should be
