My complaint:
Someone came to my residence today saying they represented Duke Energy they were a contractor warning me about a disconnect order . He was on my neighbors property looking around and even went to my neighbors yard and got our phone number. He was very suspicious dressed in streets clothes and did not have a badge. Somehow he had our name and address I don’t think you should be giving out to people that don’t have a Duke Energy truck and proper badge.
Suggested solution:
Not have people from Grid One come out to our personal property dressed unprofessional with no badge snooping around looking everywhere talking to our neighbors.
