My complaint:
Hello,
I wanted to report horrible customer service and an even worse customer experience with Duke Energy. I have an account with them for 6 months on auto pay and because the 15th lands on a weekend, they are claiming my payments for those months were late and due to that, I owe them $300 for service to be TRANSFERED from my apartment to my house. I have been hung up on 3 times and spent 3 hours on hold and never was transferred to a supervisor like I requested multiple times.

Suggested solution:
by not making me pay a deposit on an account I've already established with them.
