My complaint:
There are approximately 392 homes on the same grid in our community. The transformer blew twice in the past week, taking hours to repair. Every time we loose power due to a hurricane, it is due to that same transformer. For years Duke has known that than transformer is not sufficient/defective, yet all they do is slap a band-aid on the issue.
Suggested solution:
Replace the transformer
