My complaint:
I called duke concerning my $250 deposit being refunded after speaking with a number of employees I was informed that they could not go back to 2019 and provide me with the information I was inquiring about. I was told my deposit was applied to my account and when I asked an itemized bill it was applied to is when I was informed they could not provide me with that information. As a former customer of this unprofessional company the fact that they can only pull up to 24 months of history is bogus. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t feel the need to provide customers with the requested information.
Suggested solution:
I believe I should receive my deposit back if they cannot provide me with the proof that my deposit was applied to my account thru an itemized bill
