My complaint:
A sub-contracted Duke Energy crew recently laid underground cable across our yard.
After tearing up the yard they came back and threw down some grass seed and straw.
However they did not do anything about the two trees they killed when they used a backhoe to dig an area to lay the underground cable. We had purposely left those trees when we were building our new home. We are hoping Duke Energy will do the right thing and remove the dead trees and replant new ones.
Suggested solution:
Duke Energy should do the right thing and remove the dead trees and replant new ones.
