My complaint:

Call January 26 to replace my card. Called today to check about when I would receive my card as I need to get my RX’s. The people on the line that I was on hold with after speaking with them hung up on me 4 times. Then when I finally got the same lady I spoke to on the 26th on the phone, she would put me on hold to take personal phone calls. I told her to not hang up on me i had already been hung up on 4 times. When she stayed on the phone long enough for me to ask where my card was at she told me when I called on the 26 it would take 7 bussiness days to process. Then another 7 in the mailing process. Excuse me that is not the way an HR department should run.

Suggested solution:

Be truthful. Do not put me on hold for personal calls. Do not hang up after the customer has already been on hold for a while.
Send me my card in a timely manner.
