My complaint:
My name is Robin fields I was put on a budget billing charging me 325$ a month but my usage was only at 200 or little over that 6 months later is when I realize that they wasnt helping me at all but over charging me what my bill really was
Suggested solution:
They should reimburse my money that they over charge me or put a credit to my bill
